ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT IF RETURNED:

  • Within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • In unworn, unwashed, new condition with tags attached.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

  • All sale items and special/custom orders are final sale.

  • Store credit will be issued in the amount of the item’s purchase price only.

  • All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

  • The acceptance of any and all returns are subject to company’s discretion.

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please email us at arrangement@sbcglobal.net within 5 days of delivery. If a replacement item is available, we will reserve it for you until we receive your original item. Otherwise, you will be offered a refund.
